We think this might be a new record!
A 4lb, yes 4lb, (1.78kg) chicken, apparently the smallest available, seasoned and cooked in the Standard Remoska with potatoes and carrots. Not something we would necesarily recommend!

Chicken with Peppers (and onions) – Soften some chopped onions, add chopped peppers, add chicken breasts, cover in chopped tomato, 30 minutes... magic!
Savoury Rice with Fish – some left over frozen fish, cooked in the Remoska, ingredients, set aside the cooked fish, ‘roast off’ spices, add rice,
stock and frozen peas – flake cooked fish, cooked rice absorbs stock, add fish, stir, reheat and serve.

Our tip – the shallow pan helps to cook a bit faster when cooking something like this,
you can preheat the Remoska by inserting a small bowl of water while preparing, and don’t add any fat or oil as the sausages and bacon produce sufficient.

‘RM’ contacted us as her Mother had dented her Remoska Pan.
We sent her a new one, in return we were sent these images of Mother cooking with her Baby Remoska. We’re not saying how old Mother is... but the Queen will be in touch soon!
